Matchday Office

Assurance · GROUP BOOKING CASE ANSWERS

Commercial confidence, in writing.

Everything a buyer, finance team or procurement review needs to see: scope, authority, boundaries, records, buyer-owned control and no invented rights.

Rights boundary

No official status, ticket access, inventory control, hospitality package sale or privileged access is implied. Matchday works only buyer-owned or authorised commercial cases.

Written scope

Services, channels, authority, exclusions, timelines, costs and payment path are agreed in writing before paid work. The scope is the promise.

Buyer-owned control

The buyer keeps the channels, rules, owners and final decisions. Matchday works the path; buyer-side authority stays with the buyer.

Records kept

Cases, answers, recovery rules and debriefs remain with the buyer after the window. Matchday leaves source basis and decision logic, not dependency.
