Matchday Office is a trading brand in the United Kingdom. Enquiries: desk@matchdayoffice.com. The contracting entity, invoice issuer and payment route are confirmed in written scope before any engagement.
What we collect
What you send in a commercial-case enquiry: venue or operation, city, contact details, group or capacity shape, deadline and message. Do not include sensitive personal data in a first message.
Why we use it
To respond to your commercial-case enquiry and, if you engage Matchday, to deliver the work. Lawful basis: consent and legitimate interest in answering business enquiries.
Storage and sharing
Your enquiry opens as an email to the Matchday inbox. Data is not sold and not shared for advertising. Trusted providers are used for email, hosting and normal operations. Case records, answer paths and recovery notes are handled only under written scope.
Cookies and logs
No advertising trackers. Essential browser features and hosting logs only.
Retention
Unconverted enquiries are reviewed and deleted within 12 months unless a live commercial reason exists. Engagement records may be kept up to 7 years for contract, accounting, tax or legal purposes.
Your rights
